The Eufy 11S, like the Neato D7 is sleek and low-profile. This allows it to go under beds, couches, and coffee tables more easily than other robot vacuums can. It also has some innovations that allow it to clean better and move wherever you want it to go, such as the no-go zones you can draw on virtual maps to stop it from cleaning areas that are sensitive like pet bowls or beds. It also comes with a feature called auto-recharge and resume that, if it runs out of battery before it is finished cleaning, it will automatically return to its base and recharge it, and then restart where it began.

The RoboVac 11S performs better than its predecessor, the RoboVac 30C which is eufy, and better than the ILIFE A4s and the bObsweep Bob Pro in our tests. It has a larger dirt compartment, a longer battery life and is able to clear more dirt from low pile carpets and high pile carpets to naked floors. It is also built better, easier to maintain, incurs fewer recurring costs and can maneuver itself more effectively.

This robotic vacuum isn't the ideal choice for floors with no carpet. However it is a great choice for those with moderate carpeting and pets. It uses random navigation to get through the room and can feel its way through obstacles using sensors located in its front bumper and underbelly. This isn't as sophisticated as the mapping technology in other robots, but it works well enough and can get into places that other robots aren't able to reach. It is incredibly solid, comes with a wide range of navigation options and is easy to maintain. It has a shorter battery life and more frequent costs than other models.

The Q5 is among the most slow robots we've tested but its layout algorithm is reliable and doesn't need any additional attention after its first pass through a space. It starts by mapping out a perimeter, then fills in the interior using a sweep of parallel lines. Once it's finished the device returns to its charging station or the base from which it was able to depart from the base.

It did a great job cleaning hardwood floors and sucking up at least 88% of the dirt in each test. It had more trouble with low- and high-pile carpets however, it performed much better than the standard unit. It also has mopping attachments that can clean up wet spills. We haven't tested it.

Its maneuverability, which is higher than the norm for lidar robots, is that it can bump into furniture or other obstacles by a soft bump. Its navigation system can detect stairs and multiple floors, allowing it to take on multi-story homes.
